The first page of the Payment Form allows you to enter the amount of the payment.
The second page of the Payment Form requests the invoice number, description, credit card information, billing information, and security code.
On the second page, if the description field is blank please enter the abbreviated name of the reserve in the description field, along with any other optional information (user name, visit description, etc.):
